Ok, this is how to get the new free BNTM dress.
-Go to goproxing.com
-Enter www.stardoll.com/en/cinema/?id=155 into the search bar
-Log in
-Just wait a few seconds, then log back into the normal Stardoll, then the dress will be waiting in your suite! :)
